BNP Paribas Private Equity appoints Rivet-Fusil as FoF head
BNP Paribas Private Equity has appointed Jean-Marc Rivet-Fusil to head its funds of funds team.
Rivet-Fusil has been charged with defining and implementing BNP's fund of funds strategy, which includes defining and supporting the distribution of tailored offerings. He will form part of the two-person investment committee, working alongside Stéphanie Egoian, who has been promoted to chief investment officer. Egoian will be in charge of coordinating the fund's investment strategy - to define its funds selection and investment processes.
Rivet-Fusil joined BNP in 2007 as chief investment officer, coming from Amundi. He has also held previous roles at Access Capital Partners, Banexi Ventures Partners and Banexi Participations - covering funds selection, venture capital, buyouts and mezzanine financing. Stéphanie Egoian joined as investment director in 1999 and has also worked as chief financial officer of BNPP's Europe Telecom & Media Fund.
