Activa Capital to buy Selpro Sélection Professionnelle
Activa Capital has agreed to acquire French HR services provider Selpro SУЉlection Professionnelle from Randstad.
Former Selpro CEO Jacques Caroën and Frédéric Noyer, former CEO of Randstad in France and Selpro's future CEO, will both take a minority stake alongside the private equity firm.
Founded in 1972, Selpro specialises in temporary staffing solutions for French small and medium-sized companies. It operates a network of 42 branches, mainly located in the Ile-de-France and Rhône-Alpes regions. The company posted a €63m turnover for 2009.
Activa aims to complete the transaction by September.
