Activa's Fradelizi moves to Rothschild
Grégory Fradelizi, an investment director at French mid-cap outfit Activa Capital for almost five years, has joined Rothschild as an executive director.
Fradelizi will head up the financial advisory team at Rothschild's corporate finance arm; a source close to the firm confirmed that the appointment had taken place on 25 January 2016.
During his five-year stint at Activa, he coordinated the GP's work on the refinancing of French telesales centre operator Armatis-LC, a portfolio company since a tertiary buyout in May 2012.
Most recently, he helped Activa land the purchases of Imprimerie Laulan, Groupe Enes and Maumy Impression, leading to the creation of French labelling group Alliance Etiquettes.
Fradelizi started at Crédit Agricole, where he worked between 2001-2004. He then left the bank for Societe Generale, where he specialised in the agro-food and consumer goods and services segments. In 2008, the firm put him in charge of a team working in the mid-market space.
Following Fradelizi's departure, Activa's roster still includes investment directors Pierre Chabaud, Alexandre Masson and Benjamin Moreau. The GP's team, recently bolstered with the hire of manager Mathilde Sergent, is headed by partners Charles Diehl, Michael Diehl, Christophe Parier and Philippe Latorre.
