
WSA Avocats boosts team with six appointments
French law firm WSA Avocats has appointed six new associates, including three in its private equity team.
Diana Hund, Felix Huon and Julie Seroka joined the private equity team, and recently advised on the B&B Hotels secondary buyout by Carlyle. Hund has previously worked at Weil Gotshal & Manges as well as LSK & Partners. Huon has previously practiced as an associate with Linklaters LLM and Guiramand Allemand Moussy Offices. Seroka has worked with London firm Crawford Solicitors.
José Andres Asensio and Marie Lambeau have been appointed to the corporate finance/M&A/commercial practice. Asensio has worked for Dechert LLP while Lambeau has practiced with Latham & Watkins and Eversheds LLP.
François Alambret joined the employment team. Having previously worked at Andersen Legal and Jeantet Associés, Alambret will advise clients on employment aspects of restructuring and acquisition operations, as well as employee litigation and employee representation.
