Pinsent Masons opens Paris office
Law firm Pinsent Masons has opened a new office in Paris, with a team coming over from Mazars' legal arm Marccus Partners.
The nine-partner team will offer Pinsent Masons' clients a range of legal services including corporate, M&A, commercial, restructuring, finance, real estate, IT/IP, employment, litigation and arbitration advice.
The office's founding partners include Christoph Maurer (office head, working on corporate and M&A), Christophe Clerc (general manager, public and private M&A), Pierre Forget (restructuring and litigation), Emmanuel Gougé (IP/IT), Anne-Laure Fonade (real estate), Pierre François (finance), Jean François Rage (employment), Antje Luke (corporate and M&A) and Nathalie Sinavong (litigation and arbitration).
The move follows the opening of a Pinsent Masons office in Munich, Germany, at the beginning of July.
