PAI interested in Cerba European Lab buyout
PAI partners has entered into exclusive discussions with IK Investment Partners and management to acquire a majority stake in Cerba European Lab SAS.
St Ouen-l'Aumone-based Cerba is a specialist in the clinical pathology business. Present in five countries, it employs about 1,300 staff and performs 85,000 tests a day.
IK Partners had acquired its majority stake in 2006 from Astorg, for about €160m.
