LBO France hires new director
French private equity firm LBO France has appointed Vincent Briançon as a director.
Briançon joins from Bridgepoint Capital, where he has spent the past 14 years. He was first based in London and, since 2000, in Paris. Briançon was promoted to partner in April 2008. Prior to his tenure at Bridgepoint, he worked as an analyst in the M&A department of Société Générale in London.
At LBO France, Briançon will work on the firm's White Knights family of funds. LBO France is currently looking to raise around €1.5bn for the White Knight IX vehicle.
