
Avenir Entreprises in Labaronne Citaf SBO
Private equity investor Avenir Entreprises has backed the secondary management buyout of French cistern manufacturer, Labaronne Citaf.
The deal sees Rhône Alpes PME divest its stake in the business.
Avenir's investment will allow the company to significantly increase its production capacity, which will include a relocation of some of its activity to new premises next year.
Headquartered in Vienne, Labaronne manufacturers soft PVC cisterns since its establishment in 1959.
The company's makes cisterns capable of stocking 1-500 cubic metres of all liquids. Labaronne’s client directory includes players in the agricultural, civil security and not-for-profit sector.
