Jadot joins Industries & Finances as associate

Industries & Finances Partenaires has recruited Christophe Jadot as an associate at its Paris office, bringing its headcount up to 13 professionals.
Jadot's career started in August 2005, when he was appointed corporate finance and origination intern at investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. There, he provided M&A advice on transactions including the €9bn privatisation of French toll road manager Sanef in January 2006.
In July 2007, Jadot joined UBS France's investment banking division, where he advised on M&A matters and worked on the execution of deals such as Sagem Mobiles, Cegelec and Aguas de Barcelona.
Jadot co-founded Chaak, a Mexican fast-food chain, in 2009 and carried out management duties until 2014.
As I&F's newest associate, Jadot will join Geoffroy Lefebvre d'Herbomez and Philippe Rollin de la Garde de Chambonas, who were both recruited to the same position by the buy-and-build specialist in 2014.
The appointment follows a busy spring for I&F, having announced the sale of French food packager L'Univers de l'Emballage, as well as the acquisitions of boilermaker Chaudronnerie de l'Est and digital agency Equinoa in the space of four weeks. L'Univers de l'Emballage was the last remaining asset held by its first fund, while the latter two purchases were financed via I&F's €135m third fund.
