
TDR Capital-backed Algeco acquires Yvelinoise de Matériel
TDR Capital's portfolio company Algeco has wholly acquired French modular construction specialist Yvelinoise de Matériel.
The deal value has not been disclosed. Following the acquisition, Algeco will benefit from an additional network of 3,650 modular bulding units across France.
Founded in 1975, Yvelinoise de Matériel is based in Ablis. Currently employing 36 staff, the company posted a €6.9m turnover for 2009.
TDR Capital took Algeco private in 2004 for €478m.
