CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre appoints six partners
Independent European law-firm, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, has elected six new Partners.
Jean-Robert Bousquet will take the role of Corporate Partner after having joined the Corporate Department at the company in 2006. Bousquet will advise on mergers & acquisitions, stock exchange law, private equity and restructuring.
Vincent Delage and Rodolphe Olivier have been elected Partners in Employment Law, having worked for the department since 1999 and 1997. Delage's main area of specialisation is defending companies in relation to employment law and company restructuring. Olivier deals with litigation processes in employment and social security disputes.
The newly elected Partners for the Taxation Department are Arnaud Donguy and Arnaud Gerardin, who joined the company in 1993 and 2003 respectively. They specialise in deals relating to taxation of groups of companies and advise clients on tax inspection and litigation.
François Tenailleau has been elected Partner of the Public Law Department. He advises on public contracts and will head the Public-Private Partnership team at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
The company, part of the CMS group, employs approximately 450 lawyers and 97 partners.
