
Apax France promotes four
French mid-market GP Apax Partners has appointed a new director, a business development principal and two principals in its Paris-based team.
Nicolas Essayan has been promoted to director, having joined Apax in 2010 in the services sector team. Prior to that he had worked at Morgan Stanley as an analyst and then associate in Paris and London.
Apax has also promoted Aida Ben Lamine to business development principal. Ben Lamine joined the firm in 2013, having started her career in London with Lehman Brothers in 2006, and then moving to Nomura in mid-2008.
Edouard de Beaufort has been with Apax since 2013 and has been promoted to principal in the healthcare and services team. He has notably worked on the Cabovisão & ONI acquisition and the IPO of Capio. De Beaufort also started his career at Lehman Brothers, before joining CVC Credit Partners in London. In 2012, he joined Bain & Cie in Paris.
Vincent Colomb is also part of the healthcare and services team, having joined Apax Partners in 2014. Prior to that he held analyst and associate roles at Morgan Stanley in London and Paris.
