FSN PME, the French State's €400m venture fund, has made its second investment by providing €1m to HR solutions software developer TalentSoft.
The fund, managed by CDC Entreprises, made its first investment at the beginning of March: it joined existing shareholders 360 Capital Partners, Masseran Gestion, I-Source Gestion and Alven Capital Partners in a €7m round for French telecoms company E-Blink, contributing €3m of equity.
Established in 2007, TalentSoft develops cloud-based software solutions helping businesses manage their HR requirements. The company posted a €10m turnover in 2011.
