AXA acquires majority stake in GO Voyages
AXA Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in GO Voyages, the French online travel site.
GO Voyages has grown substantially since its inception in 1997 through the leadership of founders Carlos Da Silva and Nicolas Brumelot. The site allows customers to navigate and search for holiday deals and packages.
The website accumulates around 12 million visits per month from its 1,400 partner sites.
