Avenir Entreprises invests in Optilog
Avenir Entreprises has provided logistics company Optilog with mezzanine funding.
The contribution was made in convertible bonds via Avenir's AEM mezzanine fund. Given the vehicle's investment strategy, it is likely to be valued at less than €500,000. Oséo also provided the company with a loan, putting the overall funding round at €850,000. The fresh capital will mainly be used to drive Optilog's acquisition strategy.
Founded in 2001, Optilog is a Moissy Cramayel-based marketing and telecommunications logistics solutions provider. It offers a wide range of marketing-related services including point-of-sale advertising, marketing events and promotional gifts. It also caters to telecommunications companies by managing the equipment distribution to their customers. With a 50-strong workforce, Optilog posted a €4.2m turnover for 2009.
