CEO Bruno Keller to leave Eurazeo
Bruno Keller, the co-CEO of listed private equity firm Eurazeo, will step down in May this year.
Following the company's AGM on 6 May, Keller's tenure as co-CEO will end. Eurazeo stated that the executive board will finalise a succession plan before then.
The outgoing co-CEO will remain involved with the firm by becoming adviser to the executive board's chairman, Patrick Sayer.
Keller joined Eurazeo in 1991 as financial director. He was named deputy CEO in 1998 and became CEO and member of the executive board in 2002. In 2008, Keller joined by co-CEO Virginie Morgon.
The listed firm posted a NAV per share of €74.6 for the 2014 financial year, up 10.8% on the 2013 figure.
