Demeter Partners backs Neotek-Ponsel buy-out
Demeter Partners has purchased Neotek-Ponsel, the environmental division of Neotek S.A.S., as part of a management buy-in.
The French investment capital firm has lent its support to Stanilas Rault and Jérome Legaei, directors of the Aqualabo Group, who aim to establish their latest acquisition as a leader in the field of water analysis.
HSBC provided a medium-term finance facility to support the transaction.
