Lise Nobre joins Parvilla as fundraising continues

Mid-market fund-of-funds Parvilla has hired former PAI partners deal-doer Lise Nobre as a partner.
Before being appointed as a partner in Parvilla's Paris-based team, Nobre was most recently a partner at French turnaround-focused GP Butler Capital since 2009. Prior to this she spent more than 10 years at buyout house PAI.
Nobre joins two former colleagues at Parvilla: CEO Jean-Marie Fabre and deputy head Hervé Rudaux spent more than 10 years each at PAI.
Established in 2006, Parvilla is a fund-of-funds that pursues primary, secondary and direct investment opportunities in the European mid-market. The firm is currently in the process of raising its second fund, Parvilla II, and is understood to be aiming for a €40-50m final close. Parvilla held a first close last summer on roughly half its target.
Both Nobre and Fabre have made personal commitments to Parvilla II.
