Gri appointed to 21 Partners' supervisory board
Françoise Gri has been appointed to the supervisory board of 21 Centrale Partners, the firm has announced.
As the board's newest member, Gri will provide advice to companies in 21 Centrale Partners' portfolio and work to source new investment opportunities for the Paris-headquartered house.
Prior to her appointment, Gri was CEO at IBM France between 2001-2007 and went on to hold the same position at Manpower France between 2007-2011, Manpower Group France and Southern Europe between 2007-2013 and Pierre & Vacances Centre Parcs from 2013.
Aside from 21 Centrale Partners, she is currently a member of the advisory board at prepaid corporate service Edenred, outsourcing business WNS Services and Crédit Agricole, among others.
Her appointment takes place two weeks after 21 Centrale Partners sold its 75% stake in French campsite operator Vacalians to Permira and investment firm Promeo-Batipart. The SBO, understood to value the company at €400m, came three years after the business was formed by 21 Centrale Partners via a merger between portfolio company Vacances Directes and Village Center.
