Industries & Finances adds to team in wake of fundraise
French buy-and-build specialist Industries & Finances has recruited Philippe Rollin de la Garde de Chambonas as associate.
Rollin started his career at Calyon CIB before joining the RBS M&A team in Paris in 2011. He then moved onto a similar position at Steen Associates in London until 2013. Rollin has so far developed a focus on the aerospace and defence sectors.
The Paris-based GP held a final close for its third fund, Industries & Finances Investissements 3 (IFI 3), on €135m back in April. The team now comprises 10 professionals, including five partners.
