Naxicap invests in Laboratoire Gravier
Naxicap Partners has taken a minority stake in France-based Laboratoire Gravier, a manufacturer of organic cosmetics and cleaning products.
CEO Jean-François Gravier will hold a large majority of the company's shares. Laboratoire Gravier is currently building a second factory and plans to develop a new baby-focused cosmetics range. Naxicap also aims to quickly look for acquisition opportunities.
Founded in 1975, Domazan-based Laboratoire Gravier develops a range of organic-based products across three brands. Cosmo Naturel is a range of cosmetic products using organic ingredients. Lérutan and Harmonie Verte are two cleaning product brands also based around organic formulas. The group has grown at an average of 13% per annum over the past three years.
