Idinvest mezzanine fund reaches €167m first close
Idinvest Private Debt has reached first close on €167m and aims to raise €250m by the second half of 2011.
The vehicle is managed by Idinvest, formerly known as AGF Private Equity. It focuses on the European mid-market and aims to provide mezzanine funding, as well as refinancing. It will also consider attractive secondaries deals.
Idinvest Private Debt has already performed 21 investments and generated €24m in revenues from portfolio companies.
