Naxicap supports La Vie Claire with EUR 4m
Naxciap Partners has invested EUR 4m in La Vie Claire, a distributor of organic food products. Investissement et Developpement, the investment vehicle of former Distriborg owner Régis Pelen, will remain the main shareholder in the company.
La Vie Claire, based in Chaponost, distributes a range of organic food products across France through 192 stores. The company opens an average 15 news distribution points a year and recoded a turnover of EUR 90m in 2009. The investment will be used to finance the acquisition a new warehouse and new headquarters in Montagny which will be operational next year.
