Naxicap and SCR Provencale et Corse invest €1.15m in SolarQuest

Naxicap invested through the SCR BP Création fund. Both investors already provided Solarquest with €1.2m of funding in November 2009.

The new funds will be used to finance the launching of Elesol, a new range of photovoltaic solutions targeting the construction sector.

SolarQuest, based in Aix-en-Provence, produces, installs and manages solar installations on buildings. The projects it has worked on include the Castellet international airport and a photovoltaic car park commissioned by the French Interior Ministry.

Solarquest posted a €9.5m turnover for 2010 - up from €2m the previous year.
