AXA PE acquires 11% of Arismore
AXA Private Equity has taken an 11% stake in French IT services company Arismore for an undisclosed amount.
AXA PE was attracted by Arismore's focus on technological innovation and the quality of its team. It believes the company is set for significant growth following the investment.
Founded in 2002, Saint-Cloud-based Arismore specialises in the transformation and security of information systems. It mainly operates on the architecture and the management of information systems, identity management and infrastructure simplification. Owned by its founders and employees, Arismore employs around 100 staff and posted a €10.8m turnover for 2009.
