Demeter et al. inject €4.5m in Semco Engineering
Demeter Partners and Soridec have invested тЌ4.5m in French alternative energy specialist Semco Engineering.
The funds will be used to expand manufacturing, sales and logistics capabilities. Olivier Dupont and Grégoire Aladjidi from Demeter Partners will join the company's board.
Founded in 1986, Montepellier-based Semco Engineering manufactures, installs, and maintains global clamping solutions for OEM's in the semiconductor and solar industry.
