Siparex stage OBO of Passman
Siparex has invested via an OBO deal in Passman, a company specialised in internet access solutions for the hotel industry.
Siparex provided €2.1m of equity via funds Siparex Entrepreneurs I and Rhône-Alpes PME with a senior debt provided by CIC, Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes and Banque Cantonale de Genève.
The company, founded in 1995 by Frédéric Levy and Patrick Layani, recorded a turnover of €8m in 2009.
