Creathor supports Sofialys
German venture house Creathor Venture has invested less than EUR 5m in Sofialys, a mobile advertising company. The financing is the second round of investment after SFR Development and Quadriplay Venture made an initial allocation in 2007. Canny Cap acted as corporate financier for Sofialys.
Sofialys, founded in 2002 by Mokhtar Bouchelaghem, specialises in French mobile advertising. This new round of investment will allow Sofialys to continue its international expansion and strengthen its management team, as well as support to the development of the firm's Aditic program. Aditic aims to take a slice of the EUR 100m European mobile advertising market by pitting itself against Google's Admob and Apple's Quattro Wireless.
