
Paluel-Marmont Capital acquires Finipar from LBO France
Paluel-Marmont has backed the management buyout of French cleaning products manufacturer Finipar from LBO France.
The value of the tertiary buyout was not disclosed. LBO France acquired the company in 2004 from Initiative & Finance/SDR Normandie; the deal value was not disclosed but was estimated to be inferior to €25m.
Finipar is a French manufacturer of cleaning, disinfection and care products. It addresses three main markets, mainly under private label: industrial and institutional hygiene; hospital, medical and dental hygiene; and automotive care and cleaning. The group posted a €55m turnover for 2009.
