
Wendel acquires Parcours
Private equity firm Wendel has acquired a 95% stake in French vehicle leasing company Parcours for €107m.
In 2005 AtriA Capital Partenaires acquired 58.65% of Parcours shares in a take-private from shareholders for €59.3m.
Parcours was founded in 1989 and is based in Puteaux, France. The leasing specialist employs about 120 people and had a turnover of €180.1m in 2008. The company offers a range of 41,000 vehicles and has offices in Paris, Annecy, Bordeaux, Lyon, Mulhouse, Nantes, Rennes and Strasbourg.
