Blackstone postpones exit from Vitalia
Blackstone has decided to end discussions with CVC and Holding Batipart, the two remaining candidates for the sale of hospital group Vitalia.
It is believed that Blackstone decided against the sale when its conditions were not met. Blackstone had put Vitalia, consisting of a network of 46 clinics, up for sale with an asking price ranging between EUR1.2-1.4bn.
