Naxicap backs Primonial MBO
Naxicap Partners has backed the management buyout of The Groupe Primonial, the merging entity of Patrimoine Management & Associés and Primonial FundQuest.
The private equity firm took a 25% stake in the new asset management company. Management retains the remaining 75%.
Both companies will spin off from BNP Paribas following the merger; Patrimoine Management & Associés was 56.1% owned by BNP Paribas Assurance, while BNP Paribas Investment Partners controlled 58.5% of Primonial FundQuest.
