
Bridgepoint Development Capital set up Paris team
Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC) has set up an office in Paris led by Pierre Colasson.
Colasson is part of a team of three investment professionals, who will concentrate on investing in French SME's with an enterprise value between €30-200m.
Bridgepoint Development Capital was set up in May 2009 as the ten-strong team of Hermes Fund Managers' direct investment portfolio led by Rod Selkirk moved over to Bridgepoint to operate the small-mid cap LBO sector.
BDC already operates the €300m BDC Fund 1 will operate as a separate division of the firm under the name Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC), and bring with them two funds totaling £550m.
