Avenir Entreprises invests in Intégral Système
Avenir Entreprises has backed electronic locks specialist IntУЉgral SystУЈme via its AEM mezzanine fund.
Founded in 2001, the company distributes a range of electronic devices for doors, including locks, automated opening systems, alarms, etc. It posted a €4.2m turnover in 2009.
The funding will be used to finance a new logistics platform, in order to support the company's organic growth.
