Tikehau hires Jean-Pierre Mustier
Jean-Pierre Mustier has joined French asset manager Tikehau’s private equity division, Tikehau Capital, as a partner.
French national Mustier joins Tikehau from UniCredit, where he was deputy general manager of the bank's corporate and investment banking division, as well as a member of UniCredit's executive management committee.
Prior to his 2011 move to UniCredit, Mustier had a longstanding career at Societe Generale (SocGen), joining in 1987. There, he mainly worked within the corporate and investment banking divisions in several regions, including Europe, the US and Asia.
He led SocGen's corporate and investment banking division from 2002-2008, followed by a stint at the helm of asset management, private banking and securities services until 2009. Mustier was also a member of SocGen's executive committee.
