
Hogan Lovells appoints new partner in Paris

Hogan Lovells has appointed Xavier Doumen as a partner at the private equity practice in Paris.
Doumen will work alongside Stéphane Huten at Hogan Lovells Private Equity practice in Paris. He joins the company from Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, where he worked on private equity and M&A transactions.
The practice's recent advisory roles include advising Kelso Place on the acquisition of fashion brand Nicole Farhi and advising the Phadia management team on its acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. from Cinven in a deal worth around €2.47bn.
