FRANCE - BlackFin hold EUR 60m of maiden fund
BlackFin Capital Partners has held a EUR 60m first close of its maiden fund, BlackFin Financial services Fund.
The Fund, which has EUR 300m target, will look to take advantage of opportunities created in the financial services sector created by the financial crisis. The fun will be used to invest in small-to-mid sized companies in France and Europe.
The Paris-based firm was created in April 2009 by Laurent Bouyoux, previously of Aquiline Capital Partners in the US.
