AXA-backed Kallista Energy acquires four windfarms
Kallista Energy has acquired the Brittany wind farm assets of Neoelectra, with the support of AXA Private Equity.
The acquisition increases the number of wind farms operated by Kallista Energy in France from 15 to 19 and its installed capacity to 194.5 MW.
AXA wholly acquired Kallista Energies Renouvelables (formerly called Enersis Energies Renouvelables) and Kallista France (formerly called Enersis France), which are both held through Holding Energies Renouvelables (HER). The company is a French provider of wind-produced energy.
