Easton Corporate Finance appoints new MD
French M&A advisory firm Easton Corporate Finance has promoted co-founder Thomas Gaucher to managing director.
Gaucher co-founded Easton alongside Laurent Camilli, Philippe Croppi and Philippe Guézenec in 2010. He had previously spent five years at DC Advisory and another five at Lazard before that.
At Easton, Gaucher is responsible for origination in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector, and is also involved in the leisure and hotels segments.
Easton Corporate Finance recently advised on Axa Private Equity's sale of Axam Mega to Polaris as well as the MBO of European Cargo Services by Alpha Associés.
