Perfectis sells Philippe Manutention to Groupe Manuloc
Perfectis Private Equity has sold its majority stake in forklifts distributor Philippe Manutention to industrial group Manuloc.
Perfectis had backed the buyout of Philippe Manutention in 2004, to obtain a 60% shareholding in newco Amonite. Since then, the company has grown both organically and via the acquisition of the French branch of Hyster Distribution. Phillipe Manutention posted a €95m turnover for 2009.
Groupe Manuloc provides industrials with handling equipment, through both direct sale and leasing. The acquisition will strenghten the group's presence on the French Market.
