Siparex exits Keria
Siparex has sold its entire stake in lighting products retailer Keria to the founder's family.
Siparex invested €3m in 2000 through its SPF II fund and its listed vehicle Siparex Croissance, for a minority stake in the company. The return on investment was not disclosed.
Founded in 1982, Keria operates 140 stores through its Keria and Laurie Lumières chains. It posted a €110m turnover for 2009, almost double its revenues in 2000.
