Sofinnova close fund on EUR 260m

Sofinnova Partners has held a final close of its sixth fund, Sofinnova Capital VI, on EUR 260m.

The fund has already completed eight venture investments globally in Celsius X VI II, CoAxia, Inc., Crescendo Biologics Ltd, DNP Green Technology, Inc, Flexion Therapeutics AG, MD Start, Mydeco and Sagem Wireless.

Amoung its investors the new fund counts CDC Entreprises, Industrial & Financial Investments Co., JP Morgan Asset Management, Partners Group and Skandia Life Insurance Company.
