OFI Private Equity Capital looking to raise €35m
Listed private equity house OFI Private Equity Capital (OPEC) is issuing new shares, for a total capital increase of тЌ35m.
The fresh capital will be used to finance new additions to OPEC's portfolio, especially buyout opportunities, starting from the second half of 2010.
OPEC is listed on NYSE-Euronext and is currently invested in 10 companies. It focuses on secondary LBOs for French businesses valued between €15m and €75m.
