Paul Hastings expands European practice
Law firm Paul Hastings has appointed David Revcolevschi as a partner in its European corporate practice, based in the firm's Paris office.
Revcolevschi is an M&A and capital markets partner with a cross-border practice. He advises private and public companies both in France and internationally on M&A and tender offers, and more generally on stock exchange and securities law matters.
Revcolevschi regularly represents issuers and underwriters in IPOs and privatisations, as well as equity and equity-linked offerings.
Other recent additions to Paul Hastings' European practice include James Cole, who joined the London office, while Lorenzo Parola joined the energy and corporate practices in the Milan office in January 2013.
Neil Hamilton was appointed to the finance and investment management practices in October 2012, while Ugo Giordano joined the finance and capital markets practices in London in July 2012.
