Atlas sells 34.4% Sporever stake
Atlas Venture has sold its 34.4% stake in Alternext-listed Groupe Sporever, an online content publisher, back to the founder and company president, Patrick Chêne.
Chêne personally purchased 10% of Atlas' stake while a holding company he manages purchased the balance. Following the deal Chêne holds 43.3% of the company shares.
Groupe Sporever, founded in 2000, specialises in publishing rich content for websites, radio, television and mobile phones as well as publishing sports content online via Sporever.fr and Football365. The Paris-based company was listed on the Alternext in July 2005.
