
BNP Paribas Private Equity appoints two new investment directors
Alexandra Dupont and Nicolas Schwindenhammer have been appointed as investment directors for BNP Paribas Private Equity.
They will be responsible for the origination, realisation and follow-up of expansion and buyout deals.
Alexandra Dupont was previously an investment manager at Cognetas. She will work on the roll-out of BNP Paribas Private Equity's growth strategy in the small-cap segment, in France and Benelux. She is a graduate of EDHEC and the Copenhagen Business School.
Nicolas Schwindenhammer spent the past two years as an account manager within BNP Paribas Private Equity's direct investment team. After graduating from the ESCP Europe business school in 2004, he joined Deloitte Finance's Transaction Service department. He was appointed assistant manager, undertaking financial due diligence assignments on the mid- and large-cap segments.
