Alix Partners appoints adviser

Beylier joins from Arthur Andersen Transaction and Restructuring Service, where he was primarily active in the consumer goods sector.

In 2007, Beylier was named managing director of France Champignon, portfolio company of Butler Capital Partners, which was sold to Bonduelle in 2010. Beylier subsequently became chairman of Bonduelle.
