Goodwin Procter appoints PE lawyers to new Paris office
PE lawyers Maxence Bloch, Christophe Digoy, Jérôme Jouhanneaud and Thomas Maitrejean have been appointed to open up Goodwin Procter’s latest extension in Paris.
Partners Maxence Bloch, Christophe Digoy, Jérôme Jouhanneaud and Thomas Maitrejean will open Goodwin Paris after completion of their respective notice periods at King & Wood Mallesons' Paris office.
The law firm's decision to extend its practice to the French capital follows up from a high demand on their clients' behalf, Goodwin Procter said in a statement.
The firm will initially focus on building its French private equity and M&A platform, before expanding into other areas including technology, life sciences and real estate.
Goodwin Procter has offices across the US, Europe and Asia, employing more than 900 lawyers.
