EPF Partners and BPI invest in JVS
EPF Partners and BPI France have jointly invested in French software publisher and IT services provider JVS Group in a secondary buyout.
EPF is the lead investor in the transaction, with BPI coming in as minority shareholder. Senior debt was provided by Credit du Nord for the transaction.
Both investors are taking over from previous backers Naxicap Partners, Societe Generale Capital Partenaires and Euro Capital, which invested in the group in 2012. The company subsequently expanded via external acquisitions. One of the latest ones was in 2013, when JVS took over Novadys, a company specialised in the electronic management of documents.

Established in 1983 in the Marne region in north-eastern France, JVS provides software editing and IT services across various sectors.
