Omnes Capital has exited French application security and web services expert DenyAll, selling its stake to German group Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity.
The exit ends a 13-year investment by Omnes, which first entered the company in 2004 alongside Truffle Capital and Societe Generale Asset Management through an early-stage minority investment.
During the holding period, the GP contributed to the group's expansion, helping it complete the acquisitions of VulnIT in 2012 and BeeWare in 2014.
The current management team, led by CEO Jacques Sebag, will remain in place following the sale.
Previous funding
In June 2004, DenyAll benefited from a €4m early-stage round of funding led by Omnes and Truffle, with participation by Societe Generale.
Company
DenyAll is a Paris-headquartered software developer specialised in cybersecurity and helping organisations shift to digital technology.
The company's products block attacks targeting web applications, APIs and web services that provide data for mobile applications.
The company currently has a 60-strong workforce and claims to be making a third of its revenues abroad.
